Legal
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 24 August 2026
This policy explains how nanoDev Code Studio (“we”, “us”) collects and uses personal information when you use our website or contact us about software services. It is written for a small software agency website. It is not a substitute for legal advice.
Who we are
nanoDev Code Studio is a software development and technology solutions studio. For privacy questions, email contact.nanodevcode@gmail.com.
Information we collect
When you submit the enquiry form, we collect your name and the contact details you provide (email address and/or phone number), together with the reason for contact (discovery call or project initiation). We may also receive technical data that your browser or our hosting provider logs automatically, such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested.
We do not ask for payment card details on this website. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
How we use information
We use enquiry details to respond to you, understand whether you want a discovery call or to start a project, and keep a record of the conversation. Hosting and security logs are used to operate, protect, and improve the website.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use enquiry data for unrelated marketing lists.
Legal bases
Where applicable privacy law requires a legal basis, we process enquiry data because you asked us to respond (pre-contract steps or legitimate interests in answering a business enquiry), and we process essential logs to run a secure website.
Sharing
We share information only as needed to provide the service: our email and hosting providers, and any tool we use solely to deliver website enquiries to contact.nanodevcode@gmail.com. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
Retention
We keep enquiry emails and related notes for as long as needed to handle the request and for a reasonable period afterwards for business records, dispute handling, and legal obligations. We then delete or archive them in line with ordinary email and backup practices.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics pixels. The site may use strictly necessary cookies or similar storage required for security, load balancing, or to remember a session on the hosting platform.
International transfers
Our email and hosting providers may process data outside India. By submitting an enquiry you understand that your information may be stored on those systems in order to reach us.
Your choices
You may email us to ask what information we hold about you from this website, to correct it, or to request deletion, subject to records we must keep. You can also choose not to submit the form and contact us only if you wish.
Changes
We may update this policy as the website or the law changes. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do.
